Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or barback role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- strong work ethic and reliability
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and take direction

- basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
Job Duties
- Restock bar inventory such as liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and utensils during and after service
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area including counters, sinks, floors, shelves, and storage areas
- collect and wash used glassware and bar tools throughout the shift
- assist bartenders with preparation tasks including slicing garnishes and prepping mixes or syrups
- empty trash and recycling bins regularly ensuring sanitation standards are met
- monitor and refill ice bins and replace CO2 tanks or keg lines as needed
- help organize back bar and storage areas for efficiency and accessibility
- ensure the bar is stocked and ready for the next shift or event
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures including proper handling of cleaning supplies and equipment
- provide general support to the bartenders and bar staff during peak hours
- occasionally assist with deliveries and stock rotation using FIFO method
