Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass required training exams with a 90 percent or better
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Must adhere to company dress code and personal hygiene standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures and culture

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in categories including food and beverage and all issued training tests throughout employment
  • Experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to upholding health and safety standards
  • Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Report for all scheduled shifts punctually, in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
  • Maintain proper par levels if necessary, make fresh syrups and house made mixes
  • Efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted product quickly
  • Ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre bussing is maintained
  • Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
  • Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
  • Build a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requests
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department
  • Comply with the company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and report to management any hazardous situation or incident
