Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass required training exams with a 90 percent or better
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- Must adhere to company dress code and personal hygiene standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company procedures and culture
Job Qualifications
- Ability to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in categories including food and beverage and all issued training tests throughout employment
- Experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually, in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper par levels if necessary, make fresh syrups and house made mixes
- Efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted product quickly
- Ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre bussing is maintained
- Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
- Build a rapport with guests, be active in assisting, and communicating requests
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required per department
- Comply with the company’s rules and procedures along with any reasonable requests made from management during a shift
- Follow all health and safety guidelines maintaining to proper procedures and report to management any hazardous situation or incident
