Job Requirements
- weekend and holiday availability required
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- able to work flexible shifts including first, second, rotating, and weekends
- good physical stamina to handle bar duties
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- previous barback experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- passion for hospitality and serving guests
- able to stand for extended periods
- knowledge of bar equipment and drink preparation helpful
Job Duties
- support bartenders by keeping the bar fully stocked with wine and spirits and house-made syrups and purees
- assist in making drinks at the service bar
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- restock bar supplies throughout the shift
- assist with inventory management
- provide friendly and efficient service to guests when needed
- adhere to all health and safety regulations
