Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of beverage service and terminology is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for learning and advancing in hospitality
  • Previous experience in a bar or food service role is beneficial but not required
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Assist bartenders with daily bar setup and breakdown in all service areas
  • Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, and bar tools throughout service
  • Maintain clean, orderly, and well prepared bar stations
  • Help restock liquor, wine, and beer and assist with inventory as needed
  • Develop a basic understanding of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Support bartenders during member dining, private events, and special club functions
  • Greet members and guests with a friendly and attentive presence
  • Complete opening, mid shift, and closing side work assignments
  • Contribute to a positive and cooperative team culture
