Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy items such as kegs and cases of beverages
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of beverage service and terminology is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and advancing in hospitality
- Previous experience in a bar or food service role is beneficial but not required

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with daily bar setup and breakdown in all service areas
- Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, mixers, and bar tools throughout service
- Maintain clean, orderly, and well prepared bar stations
- Help restock liquor, wine, and beer and assist with inventory as needed
- Develop a basic understanding of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Support bartenders during member dining, private events, and special club functions
- Greet members and guests with a friendly and attentive presence
- Complete opening, mid shift, and closing side work assignments
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative team culture
