Job Requirements
- must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in food and beverage, all issued training testing throughout employment
- able to follow company rules and procedures during shifts
- punctuality and proper presentation
- adherence to health and safety standards
- ability to multitask and anticipate needs in a fast-moving environment
Job Qualifications

- basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- willingness to learn and attend training sessions
- previous experience in hospitality or bar support roles preferred

- ability to build rapport with guests and assist bartenders effectively
Job Duties
- report for all scheduled shifts punctually, in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
- maintain proper par levels if necessary, make fresh syrups and house made mixes
- efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted product quickly
- ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre bussing is maintained
- assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
- learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
