Job Requirements
- minimum high school education
- basic experience in bartending or barback roles preferred
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- strong knowledge of bar products and cocktail preparation
- excellent multitasking and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- assist bartenders in delivering a unique high-quality guest experience
- ensure the bar is fully stocked with required products to execute orders and cocktails
- maintain a clean and organized bar top to allow new guests
- multitask and anticipate bartenders' needs
- uphold product knowledge standards
- contribute to a positive atmosphere of teamwork and hard work
- support the overall bar operations and guest satisfaction
