Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to lift heavy items
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- basic understanding of bar operations
- good communication skills
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lift heavy kegs and perform physical tasks
- attention to detail
- teamwork and cooperation skills
- willingness to learn and attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer
- replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
- assists with washes glasses, bar, and equipment, and polishes bar fixtures
- mops floors
- removes empty bottles and trash
- assists with stocking bar supplies
- maintains a clean and dry floor throughout the building
- empties full trashcans
- continuous communication with managers, hosts, bartenders and servers
- may check in product to insure deliveries match invoice
- attends required trainings and meetings
- delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
