Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move heavy items such as beer kegs
- Good communication skills
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and beverage handling
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Willingness to attend training sessions and meetings
Job Duties
- Stocks refrigerating units with wines and bottled beer
- Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones
- Assists with washes glasses, bar, and equipment, and polishes bar fixtures
- Mops floors
- Removes empty bottles and trash
- Assists with stocking bar supplies
- Maintains a clean and dry floor throughout the building
- Empties full trashcans
- Continuous communication with managers, hosts, bartenders and servers
- May check in product to insure deliveries match invoice
- Attends required trainings and meetings
- Delivers an exceptional experience through outstanding hospitality and food service to the guests
