Job Requirements
- must be able to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage and all issued training testing throughout employment
- must comply with company rules and health and safety guidelines

- proper personal hygiene and dress code adherence

Job Duties
- report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and hygiene standards
- maintain proper par levels and make fresh syrups and house made mixes
- efficiently change kegs, cut fruit, and restock depleted product quickly
- ensure glassware is cleaned, trash is emptied, and pre bussing is maintained
- assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
- learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and company procedures to standard
