Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions
- knowledge of all bar equipment, regulations and gaming laws
- knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol
- knowledge of CO2 gauges
- ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- six months of experience in beverage field
- able to obtain a state gaming licenses and Alcohol Beverage Control card
Job Duties
- Responsible to stock bar items daily
- responsible to fill ice bins as needed
- responsible to assume duties of bartender and beverage server during breaks
- empty garbage and mop floors
- ensure the safety and security of team members and guests
- always maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude. Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities
- other duties as assigned
