Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage and all issued training testing throughout employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- Must have proper attire and maintain personal hygiene standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a barback or similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of beverage and bar operations
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and to proper health and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper par levels if necessary make fresh syrups and house made mixes
- Efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
- Ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre bussing is maintained
- Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- Complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard
