Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass exams with a 90 percent or better in food and beverage categories and all issued training tests throughout employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be punctual and adhere to health and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Basic physical ability to handle lifting and moving supplies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage products
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and attend training sessions
Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and hygiene standards
- Maintain proper par levels and make fresh syrups and house-made mixes
- Efficiently change kegs cut fruit and restock depleted product quickly
- Ensure glassware is cleaned trash is emptied and pre-bussing is maintained
- Assist in maintaining the guest eye view behind the bar
- Complete opening closing and running duties as assigned each shift
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food beverage and company procedures to standard
