Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience or restaurant experience a plus

Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge guests when performing barback related functions
- retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy
- cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits and mix and pour juices
- check and assist bartender in maintaining supply levels for immediate and extended bar areas
- maintain cleanliness of bar, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas to meet health code standards
- scoop and replenish ice in service areas
- box and save empty liquor bottles for returns and requisitions
- transport and replace taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program
- practice safe work habits and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards
- perform other duties as assigned by management
