Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience as a Barback
- able to provide any required work cards
- ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- intermittent periods of sitting and computer work
- read and verify information in various formats
- visually inspect equipment for defects
- ability to lift at least 50 pounds, with assistance if more
- ability to move quickly turning left and right
- flexibility in wrist to scoop, twist, push, pull, lift, bend
- reach overhead and below the knees including bending and stooping
- ability to be mobile in refrigeration units with temperatures from 40 F to -10 F

Job Duties
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods
- anticipate customer and store needs
- follow operational policies including cash handling and safety
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- ensure regular attendance and punctuality
- follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- assist bartenders with their job functions
- clean bar tops and floors
- clear and wipe down tables
- receive and deliver product to appropriate outlet and stock accordingly
- engage with customers through conversation
- distinguish differences in flavors and odors
- maintain clarity of vision
- comply with all safety regulations and rules
