- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- understanding of proper cleaning and sanitization procedures
- basic math skills for inventory counting and supply management
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Job Duties
- stock and replenish bar supplies including glasses, ice, garnishes, and beverages
- maintain cleanliness of bar area, equipment, and glassware
- assist bartenders during peak hours by ensuring adequate inventory levels
- transport and organize supplies between storage areas and bar
- monitor ice levels and operate ice machine
- clean and sanitize bar equipment, surfaces, and glassware
- dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- assist in receiving and organizing inventory deliveries
- support closing procedures including cleaning and restocking
- maintain organized storage areas and coolers
