Job Requirements

  • Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently

Job Duties

  • Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner
  • Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns
  • Pick up food items from the kitchen, check for accuracy and quality, and deliver to guests as directed
  • Stock side stations with linens, glassware, paper goods, and bar requisites, including beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders
  • Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas to maintain smooth bar operations
  • Assist in preparing fruit and other beverage garnishes
  • Assist with wine and beer orders, ensuring proper glassware is used
  • Provide support with water refills and other guest service needs at the bar
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with bartenders, servers, and supervisors to maintain seamless operations
  • Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
