- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

- Availability to work shifts including opening and closing duties

Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and tools
- Clean equipment and work areas
- Lock doors at end of shift after confirmation with supervisor
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar and tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of all work areas in compliance with guidelines
- Follow all safety and security policies and complete required training
- Welcome and assist guests professionally, including those with disabilities
- Communicate clearly using professional language
- Develop positive working relationships and support team goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
