Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge guests when performing barback related functions
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify stock with storeroom personnel and bartender
- Cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits, and prepare juices according to projected business
- Check and assist bartender in maintaining adequate supplies for bar and service areas
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas
- Scoop ice from ice bins and replenish ice containers
- Box and save empty liquor bottles for returns and requisitions
- Transport and replace taps and perform maintenance for beer kegs
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
