Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- understanding of safety and hygiene standards
- willingness to assist with various related tasks
- legal age to work in hospitality
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Support bartenders by restocking the bar with necessary supplies
- maintain cleanliness behind the bar by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of trash
- assist in preparing garnishes and organizing mixers to ensure efficient service
- monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies are running low
- help with setting up the bar for special events, including organizing cocktail supplies and ensuring the bar area is clean and ready for guests
- adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including maintaining proper handling and storage of alcohol and perishables
- assist with closing duties, such as cleaning the bar area, organizing storage, and preparing for the next service
