Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a barback or similar support role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Strong teamwork skills
- Good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Support bartenders by restocking the bar with necessary supplies, including ice, garnishes, glassware, and alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of trash
- Assist in preparing garnishes and organizing mixers to ensure efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies are running low
- Help with setting up the bar for special events, including organizing cocktail supplies and ensuring the bar area is clean and ready for guests
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations, including maintaining proper handling and storage of alcohol and perishables
- Assist with closing duties, such as cleaning the bar area, organizing storage, and preparing for the next service
- Perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service
