Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in barback or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and inventory management
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by restocking the bar with necessary supplies including ice, garnishes, glassware, and alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness behind the bar by wiping down surfaces, washing glassware, and disposing of trash
- Assist in preparing garnishes and organizing mixers to ensure efficient service
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management when supplies are running low
- Help with setting up the bar for special events including organizing cocktail supplies and ensuring the bar area is clean and ready for guests
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations including maintaining proper handling and storage of alcohol and perishables
- Assist with closing duties such as cleaning the bar area, organizing storage, and preparing for the next service
