Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including wiping down surfaces sweeping and mopping floors
- Restock liquor beer wine mixers garnishes glassware and other bar supplies throughout the shift
- Prepare garnishes and assist in the setup of the bar before opening
- Assist bartenders by retrieving items changing kegs and ensuring ice bins are filled
- Collect and wash used glassware and utensils promptly
- Dispose of trash and recyclables ensuring waste bins are emptied regularly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations maintaining a sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with the bartending team to ensure seamless service during peak hours
