Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
  • Tolerance for working in environments with varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds of ice, garbage or bar supplies
  • Ability to lift kegs weighing approximately 200 pounds and move carts weighing over 400 pounds
  • Willingness to work assigned locations and shifts per department needs
  • Typically acquired skills through two months of on-the-job training or related experience

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED, Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma or Foreign High School Diploma
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to comprehend documentation relevant to job duties

Job Duties

  • Practice, support, and maintain the Mission, Vision and Values of casino
  • Set up bars for operation including cutting fruit, stocking ice, and emptying garbage
  • Support bartenders' needs and maintain the bar stock
  • Report any maintenance problems to Beverage Shift Supervisor
  • Work in assigned location and shift per department needs
  • Maintain par levels and order bar supplies
  • Deliver orders and sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
  • Maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards
  • Assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
