Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (RED) or foreign high school diploma (FHD)
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and maintain state or tribal gaming license
  • Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
  • Ability to lift heavy items such as ice, kegs, and carts throughout shift

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (RED) or foreign high school diploma (FHD)
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required
  • Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
  • Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license

Job Duties

  • Practice, support, and maintain the mission, vision and values of casino
  • Set up bars for operation including cutting fruit, stocking ice, and emptying garbage
  • Support bartenders' needs and maintain the bar stock
  • Report maintenance problems to beverage shift supervisor
  • Work in assigned location and shift per department needs
  • Maintain par levels and order bar supplies, deliver orders
  • Sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
  • Maintain bar cleanliness according to health department standards
  • Assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
