Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or recognized equivalent of a high school diploma (RED) or foreign high school diploma (FHD)
- Must be 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain state or tribal gaming license
- Prior food and beverage background helpful but not required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Ability to lift heavy items such as ice, kegs, and carts throughout shift

- Ability to secure and maintain state or tribal gaming license
Job Duties
- Practice, support, and maintain the mission, vision and values of casino
- Set up bars for operation including cutting fruit, stocking ice, and emptying garbage
- Support bartenders' needs and maintain the bar stock
- Report maintenance problems to beverage shift supervisor
- Work in assigned location and shift per department needs
- Maintain par levels and order bar supplies, deliver orders
- Sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
- Maintain bar cleanliness according to health department standards
- Assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from casino floor
