Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in barback or similar hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- basic bar and alcohol knowledge
- ability to perform well under pressure and stress
- attention to cleanliness and safety procedures

Job Duties
- check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift
- stock bar before, during, and after shift
- cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift
- assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs
- adheres to all rhg brand policies and procedures
- works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience
- other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor
