Job Duties
- Removes all dishes and other items from bar following the meal
- Cleans and prepares bar area for new guests in accordance to the joint's standards
- Performs opening, closing and ongoing cleaning side work as assigned
- Assists bartending staff by answering guest questions, pre-bussing, refilling non-alcoholic beverages etc. to ensure quality guest experience
- Changing out empty kegs and maintenance of beer and returnable storage
- Supports bartending and waitstaff in other duties as required
- Stocking and preparing bar supplies
