Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical work including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Willingness to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts
- Commitment to following health and safety standards and sustainability practices
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service experience or restaurant experience a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge guests when performing barback related functions
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with storeroom personnel and bartenders
- Cut, slice, and peel perishable garnishes and fruits, mix and pour juices according to business projection
- Check and assist in maintaining adequate bar supplies such as stir sticks, napkins, and matches
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage to comply with health code standards
- Scoop ice, transport to service areas, and replenish ice containers
- Box and save empty liquor bottles for returns
- Transport and replace taps and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Follow sustainability guidelines related to HHM's EarthView program
- Practice safe work habits, wear safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
- Perform other duties as requested by management
