Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous barback or food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs including kegs, cases, and ice bins
- Strong work ethic and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 or older
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required with flexible event schedules
Job Duties
- Restock beer, liquor, mixers, and bar supplies throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas including sanitizing surfaces, organizing products, and removing trash
- Replenish ice, cups, garnishes, and inventory as needed
- Assist bartenders with prep, setup, and breakdown before and after shifts
- Help ensure compliance with safety and alcohol service policies
- Deliver quick, accurate support during high-volume periods
- Communicate inventory shortages to management
