Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop and carry
- Ability to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
- Ability to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and guest traffic
- Ability to tolerate potential allergens such as peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers
- Possess ethics and a positive attitude that support company values and culture
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
- Basic knowledge of bar menu items and recipes
- Physical ability to lift beer kegs, hold trays of bottles and glassware, and stand during the shift
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Tidy up tables, counters and other bar areas
- Collect empty glasses and bottles
- Restock the bar with straws, coasters and napkins
- Prepare mixers, juices and cocktail garnishes
- Replenish garnishes and fruits
- Change out beer kegs and replace liquor bottles
- Remove trash and wipe down drink spills
- Refill ice bins
- Clean rags throughout the shift
- Assist the bartenders during rush hours
