Job Duties
- Greeting and supporting guests through their journey to provide a best in class experience
- Having an eye for opportunity to exceed expectations in a positive, surprising and delightful manner
- Ensuring guest facing areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Providing clear and concise communication to teammates to minimize disruption to guests
- Ensuring all items and stock are replenished and available to guests and teammates
- Supporting bar teams and leaders whenever necessary
- Following all health and safety and allergy procedures
- Being flexible in covering a range of duties in line with business needs when required
- Providing feedback to new members of the team to support them in becoming legends
