Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months of prior work experience as a cocktail server is preferred
- able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license

- maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel
- oral and written communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations
- available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
Job Duties
- Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders promptly
- keep the area in a clean and orderly manner
- responsible for performing responsible alcohol service with regard to patron limitations and passing any/all responsible alcohol service training
- be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System
- ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
- other duties as assigned
