Job Requirements
- Maintains County Health District, Gaming, and Alcohol Awareness Certification
- multitask ability and able to complete all tasks with minimal supervision
- works on the floor 100% of the time with a hands-on mentality for guest service
- black non-slip shoes required
- ability to obtain a valid Racing License
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- some prior bar back experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assists with maintenance of all bar equipment
- assists with the setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects
- performs duties under stressful and demanding situations in small quarters
- ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and storage areas
- works with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radio, and bulletin boards
- interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
- assists the Center Bar Manager with proper inventory controls, stocking, product rotation, and quality checks
- maintains confidentiality and security of facility storage
- assists in delivering orders and running food to maintain prompt service
- manages the flow of finished product from the kitchen to the guest
- inspects premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assists in overall cleanliness
- maintains awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines
- performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
