Job Requirements
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- availability to work evening and night shifts
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing
- previous barback or bar operations experience preferred
- must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced, high-volume bar
- ability to maintain composure and patience in dynamic environments
- strong sense of urgency and self-motivation

Job Duties
- Takes initiative to complete work in a timely and consistent manner

- acts as an integral part of the team by liaising between servers, bussers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless customer experience
- maintains composure, remains calm and patient despite a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- brings A-game to every shift and serves guests with a calm sense of urgency
- performs opening and closing duties with timeliness, thoroughness and attention to detail
- sets up team for success by ensuring bar and supplies are stocked for the next shift
- displays infectious energy and initiative
- requires constant movement between kitchen, bar and floor and up/down stairs
