Job Duties

  • create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
  • maintain the cleanliness of the bar area including disposing of waste, cleaning glassware, and wiping down preparation areas
  • participate in deep cleaning of the outlet and respond to unexpected spills and special guest requests
  • assist bar staff when necessary
  • collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
  • maintain stock of consumable supplies including plates, napkins, and utensils
  • prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage
