Job Duties
- create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
- maintain the cleanliness of the bar area including disposing of waste, cleaning glassware, and wiping down preparation areas
- participate in deep cleaning of the outlet and respond to unexpected spills and special guest requests
- assist bar staff when necessary
- collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- maintain stock of consumable supplies including plates, napkins, and utensils
- prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers, get ice, run food, and collect and dispose of garbage
