Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • minimum of one year previous experience in a similar capacity
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
  • must have Level 4 Gaming License
  • ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • ability to write simple correspondence
  • ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand and walk frequently
  • ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment
  • ability to work in a smoky environment
  • ability to work in various weather conditions outdoors at pool bar

Job Duties

  • cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations, Silver Creek Event Center and pool bar areas
  • provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies
  • removes empty bottles and trash
  • prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes
  • receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor store and supplies
  • serves as back up for bartenders when necessary
  • promotes outstanding guests services on a continual basis
