Job Requirements
- high school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- minimum of one year previous experience in a similar capacity
- strong interpersonal and communication skills required
- knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
- must have Level 4 Gaming License
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk frequently
- ability to work in a moderate to loud noise environment
- ability to work in a smoky environment
- ability to work in various weather conditions outdoors at pool bar

Job Duties
- cleans beverage areas in restaurant and casino bar stations, Silver Creek Event Center and pool bar areas
- provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies
- removes empty bottles and trash
- prepares necessary fruit for use as garnishes
- receives, issues and keeps necessary records of liquor store and supplies
- serves as back up for bartenders when necessary
- promotes outstanding guests services on a continual basis
