Job Duties
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- ensuring bartenders have clean towels and glassware
- being fun, enthusiastic and energetic
- working as part of a team delivering consistent service with attention to detail under pressure
- having excellent organizational skills
- ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- checking taps and appliances for proper operation and making minor repairs or changing kegs as needed
