Job Duties
- acts as the primary support person to the bartenders
- assist in keeping the bar area stocked with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, ice, garnishes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- assist bartenders in preparing and serving alcoholic or soft drink beverages
- know all menu items and their detailed descriptions
- assist servers and bartenders with guest and table maintenance tasks
- work efficiently in a high volume and high stress environment
