Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to stand walk reach with arms and hands climb or balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Must meet minimum age to serve alcohol
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Vision abilities required include close vision
- Must be able to talk and hear
- Must be able to speak read write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- TIPS certified preferred
- Basic math and computer skills

Job Duties
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes straws and napkins
- Ensure bartenders have clean towels glassware etc
- Keep the bar well-stocked with ice liquor wine and beer
- Check taps and appliances to confirm equipment is working properly make minor adjustments and change kegs if needed
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping surfaces sweeping mopping removing soiled glassware and trash
- Have knowledge of menu items and cocktail recipes
- Assist in taking orders preparing drinks opening tabs and processing payments
- Communicate with customers answering questions and handling concerns
- Maintain records and report usage levels to assist in reordering and proper storage of items
