Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree ged
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to obtain a food handler's card pass all alcohol awareness training and obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority
- comfortable with standing for long periods of time frequent bending and kneeling and lifting objects up to 50 lbs
- must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays as required by the venue schedule

Job Duties
- stock all necessary supplies for beverage venues including beer wine liquor juice and non-alcoholic mixes as well as dry goods and perishable supplies
- ensure all perishable supplies are correctly dated and maintained for maximum freshness adhering to proper food and beverage handling practices
- maintain a high standard of cleanliness by sweeping and mopping all floors daily and upholding sanitation standards for assigned work stations and shared areas
- pull all trash throughout the shift as needed and thoroughly spray and clean trash cans
- clean wash and stock all glassware and necessary bar supplies ensuring soaps sanitizers and paper towels are always replenished
- promote the big six standards fun friendly quick comfortable clean and safe environment and support bar staff to facilitate service excellence
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
