Job Requirements
- Must meet local legal minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to work late night shifts potentially until 12 AM to 4 AM
- work assigned scheduled shifts
- alcohol awareness certification required
- food handling certificate a plus
- fluent in English, able to speak, read, write
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances up to 25 feet
- able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
- able to tolerate exposure to cold temperatures below 0 degrees F
- able to hear, understand, and respond in loud environments
- skill and coordination using hands for pouring drinks, carrying glasses, cutting garnishes

Job Duties
- Live and embrace company vision and core values
- report to work on time prepared for the shift
- follow image and appearance standards
- maintain positive attitude and provide excellent service
- ensure bar is stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, bar tools, and cleaning items
- prepare bar prep items using recipes and proper portioning
- follow FIFO procedures for product freshness
- maintain high production standards for drinks
- change beer kegs, soft drink containers, and CO2 tanks
- perform bar set up and closing duties
- clean and prepare bar and tables
- stock supplies and maintain cleanliness
- provide basic food and beverage knowledge to guests
- deliver beverages and food ensuring positive guest experience
- comply with state and federal liquor laws
- adhere to alcohol awareness procedures
- ensure bar equipment is operational
- clean and polish glassware
- communicate with team via radios
- work cohesively with team members
- assist other departments as needed
- work well under pressure
- follow manager directions
- support marketing initiatives
- adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures
