Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 15 hours a week
  • Ability to stand/walk for 2-6 hours per day
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry
  • Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
  • Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic
  • Work environment includes exposure to food, liquor, mixing devices, drink machines, water, sanitizers, cleaning products, knives, other sharp objects, and slippery floors

Job Duties

  • Keep machines filled with product and the product in the machine hopper stirred
  • Work to restock glassware/plasticware and maintain bar supplies throughout the course of the shift
  • Change kegs when required
  • Make trips to the storage area to keep alcohol supplies stocked throughout the course of the shift
  • Pick up empty glasses, plastic cups and bottles from the bar and tables in the bar area
  • Empty trash as necessary
  • Wipe down bar tops and tables as necessary
  • Re-stock garnishes and bar mixes
  • Ensure there is enough clean glassware/plasticware for bartenders
  • Re-stock ice as needed
  • Maintain a clean work station and clean bar towels in each bartenders station
