Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by filling drink orders for customers and wait staff in a timely manner
- set up and break down bar areas as required
- cut garnishes and prepare ice before the start of business
- stock the bar with inventory and supplies including alcohol, glassware, fruits, and nonalcoholic mixers
- maintain cleanliness of the bar area
- change bag-in-box (BIB) syrup when needed
- assist Food & Beverage manager and bartenders as needed
- assist customers professionally as directed by management
