Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1-year experience in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work both closing and opening shifts
- Must have all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
- Ability to stand for full shifts
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for accurate communication
- Must tolerate loud noise environments
- Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in warm and cool environments
- Must tolerate potential exposure to allergens including peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, and shellfish
- Must be able to work a variable schedule including weekends

Job Duties
- Maintain the physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the bar
- Requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, and condiments
- Maintain stock, cut, and sort all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables daily
- Greet all guests courteously to ensure satisfaction
- Retrieve orders from storeroom, check stock accuracy, and reconcile requisitions
- Prepare the bar by cutting, slicing, peeling garnishes, mixing and pouring juices, and storing supplies
- Assist bartenders in stocking and maintaining bar supplies including glassware, ice, and produce
- Transport taps, replace, and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs
- Clean bar area, beer lockers, refrigerators, and storage areas per regulations
- Stay updated on current menu choices, specialties, and deviations
- Assist with opening and closing the bar by setting up and breaking down stations
- Maintain acceptable personal hygiene and uniform standards
