Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bar or restaurant preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shifts
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to tolerate exposure to liquids frequently
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant environment preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and safety procedures
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods

- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies
- Arrange and set up beverages, mixes, garnishes and supplies, and prepare drink mixes
- Work a variety of hours, days and shifts including weekends
- Safely and effectively transport filled glass racks, ice and cases of liquor, beer, and wine
- Tolerate exposure to liquids frequently including water, cleaning solutions, alcohol, and juices
- Safely use and operate necessary tools and equipment including knives and blenders
- Communicate effectively to perform and follow job requirements
- Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy environment
- Work in confined, crowded space with variable noise and temperature
- Move and lift weight up to 50 pounds
- Stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely throughout the restaurant
- Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests' needs
- Greet guests warmly and sincerely
- Use tact and good judgment dealing with guest challenges
- Safely change beer kegs, CO2 tanks and soda dispensers
- Wash and sanitize glassware manually
- Maintain security of all bar stock and inventory
- Recognize intoxicated guests and refuse service when necessary
- Respond knowledgeably to questions about the restaurant and menu
- Follow all steps of service and safety and sanitation guidelines
- Complete alcohol awareness training
- Follow all rules, policies, and procedures of employment
- Work well with others and be a team player
- Perform other duties as assigned
