Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a barback or similar role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Effective communication skills
Ability to tolerate exposure to liquids frequently
Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Must be able to follow instructions and work in a team
Legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in barback or similar service role preferred
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures beneficial
Willingness to learn and take on additional duties
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

Stock and restock appropriate areas of the bar with alcohol, glassware, ice and supplies
Arrange and set-up beverages, mixes, garnishes and supplies, and prepare drink mixes
Work a variety of hours, including weekends and shifts
Safely transport filled glass racks, ice and liquor, beer and wine cases
Tolerate frequent exposure of hands to liquids such as water, cleaning solutions, alcohol and juices
Use and operate knives, blenders and other necessary tools safely
Communicate effectively to follow job requirements
Multitask calmly in a busy and stressful environment
Work in confined, noisy, varying temperature spaces
Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Stand and walk throughout shifts and navigate restaurant areas safely
