Job Requirements

must be 18 years or older
must be 21 or older for beverage server, barback, bartender positions
able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
able to handle flexible schedules
must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
able to lift fifty pounds
experience in bar environment preferred
must be able to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming License

Job Duties

adhere to guest service requirements
maintain assigned area and assist bartender to assure guest service
stock and prepare bar and liquor rooms
maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area
perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment
safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals
learn and apply drink recipes and proper glass usage
uphold a positive and professional image
observe and promote safety rules
stock bar for next shift
act independently while communicating issues to bartender
operate cash and comp procedures and bar equipment
keep all current work cards like TIPS training updated
learn operation of liquor, soda, and juice guns
