Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • must be 21 or older for beverage server, barback, bartender positions
  • able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
  • able to handle flexible schedules
  • must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • able to lift fifty pounds
  • experience in bar environment preferred
  • must be able to obtain and maintain Colorado Support Gaming License

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in bar or hospitality environment preferred
  • proficient communication skills

  • ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • adhere to guest service requirements
  • maintain assigned area and assist bartender to assure guest service
  • stock and prepare bar and liquor rooms
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area
  • perform routine cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment
  • safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • learn and apply drink recipes and proper glass usage
  • uphold a positive and professional image
  • observe and promote safety rules
  • stock bar for next shift
  • act independently while communicating issues to bartender
  • operate cash and comp procedures and bar equipment
  • keep all current work cards like TIPS training updated
  • learn operation of liquor, soda, and juice guns
