Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a barback or similar role preferred
strong physical stamina
ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
valid food handler or alcohol beverage control permit or ability to obtain
excellent communication skills
ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
reliable transportation
ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Stock spirits, beer, wine, glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and syrups throughout service
change kegs, crush boxes, organize walk-ins/storage, and rotate product (FIFO)
maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient bar (wipe, sanitize, polish, sweep, mop)
support bartenders with garnish/juice prep and dish/ware runs as needed
reset the bar between rushes and at close
complete side work and checklists
communicate clearly, move with urgency, and anticipate needs in a high-energy, drug-free, high-standards environment
