Job Duties
- Support bartenders by restocking, cleaning, and maintaining a well-organized bar
- ensure all garnishes, glassware, and ingredients are prepped and ready for service
- assist with bar setup and breakdown with efficiency and attention to detail
- anticipate needs before they arise, keeping the bar running seamlessly throughout the night
- maintain cleanliness and uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards
- bring positive energy and collaboration to every shift
