Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience preferred
- Some prior bar back experience preferred
- Ability to obtain a valid racing license
- Maintains County Health District, Gaming, and Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Black non-slip shoes required
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work in moderate to loud noise environment
Job Qualifications

- Multi-task ability with minimal supervision

Job Duties
- Assists with maintenance of all bar equipment
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects
- Able to perform under stressful, demanding situations in small quarters with close contact with team members and guests
- Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and storage areas
- Works with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radios, and bulletin boards
- Interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
- Assists the Center Bar Manager with proper inventory controls, stocking, product rotation, and checking use through code dates
- Maintains confidentiality and security of facility storage
- Assists in delivering orders and running food to maintain prompt service to guests
- Manages the flow of finished product from the kitchen to the guest
- Inspects premises according to quality and sanitation standards
- Maintains awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
