Job Duties
- assists with maintenance of all bar equipment
- assists with the setup and breakdown of bar side work and related projects
- able to perform under stressful, demanding situations in small quarters with limited access and contact with team members and guests
- ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the bar and storage areas
- work with communication devices such as telephones, two-way radio, and bulletin boards
- interacts and speaks with guests to maintain great guest relations and provide opportunities for loyalty
- assists the center bar manager with proper inventory controls, stocking, proper rotation of product, checking use through code dates on beer and dairy products and date labeling of fresh cut fruits
- maintains confidentiality and security of facility storage
- assist in delivering orders and running food to maintain prompt service to guests
- manages the flow of finished product from the kitchen to the guest
- inspects the premises according to quality and sanitation standards and assists in overall cleanliness
- maintains an awareness of applicable laws and operates within those guidelines
- other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
